3. Eligibility

You may use Pishewar only if you are legally permitted to use online services under the laws applicable to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with local laws and regulations.

4. User Account

To access certain features, you may need to create an account or sign in using Google or another supported authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity performed under your account.

5. User Content

You retain responsibility for all information you upload, enter, or generate through Pishewar, including:

  • Work experience
  • Skills and language information
  • Career summaries and preferences

You must ensure that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pishewar to:

7. Searchable CV and Employer Features

Pishewar may later allow employers or companies to search certain profile data based on information users provide. If such features become available, searchable visibility may depend on user settings, profile completion, and platform rules.

8. AI-Powered Features

Pishewar may provide AI-based suggestions, rewriting, or content enhancement tools. These tools are offered to assist users, but users remain responsible for reviewing and approving final CV content before use.

9. Intellectual Property

The Pishewar platform, including its design, layout, text, visual identity, software structure, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where explicitly allowed, no part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior authorization.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep Pishewar available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, improve, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

11. Account Suspension or Termination
